We remember Christ’s sacrifice as a part of weekly worship.

Following the example of Jesus at the Passover meal with His disciples before His crucifixion, we share unleavened bread and the fruit of the vine as reminders of His body and blood. Each Sunday morning, we observe this memorial to honor His sacrifice. As a congregation, we partake together, sharing one loaf and one cup as a symbol of our unity in Him.

Matthew 26:26, 1 Corinthians 11:20-34, 1 Corinthians 10:15-17, Acts 20:7, Matthew 26:17-18

We worship without instruments to honor the Lord.

Grounded in longstanding Christian history and devoted to New Testament teaching, we practice worship without instrumental accompaniment. We cherish the simplicity and sincerity of a cappella praise and view it as a meaningful offering to God. As Paul encouraged the church in Ephesus, we seek to sing and make music in our hearts to the Lord, remembering that worship is not defined by the quality of our sound, but by the sincerity and devotion behind it.

Psalm 66:2, Ephesians 5:19, Matthew 26:30, Hebrews 2:12, Colossians 3:16, 1 Corinthians 14:15, James 5:13-14, Acts 17:24-25

Baptism by immersion is required for salvation.

We believe baptism by immersion is a vital step in responding to the saving grace found in Christ. Through this act, a believer is united with Him and enters into His enduring covenant. Scripture presents a clear response to the gospel: faith in Jesus Christ, repentance from sin, confession of that faith, and baptism in His name for the forgiveness of sins.

Galatians 3:26, Ephesians 2:8, Acts 18:8, Luke 13:3, Romans 10:9-10, Mark 16:16

There should be no divisions of the Church.

We believe followers of Christ are called to live in unity, sharing one heart and purpose. Denominational groups are separate branches of the Christian church formed through human organization, and these separations can result in differing interpretations of Scripture. Our desire is to step away from that framework and instead devote ourselves to the example and teaching found in the New Testament.
